The SIHRE 2020 Exhibition has started

With a new format, with the motto "Return to the future", the business platform gathers the industry at the Inter Expo Center

The modern horeka sector combines a dynamic business environment and high-tech products and requires constant development of professional skills. All this, under the motto "Return to the future", unites the SIHRE exhibition, which will be held from 28 to 31 January at the Inter Expo Center.

Inter Expo Center will bring together companies from home and abroad that will represent brands from Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Greece, Turkey, Slovenia, Romania, the United States, Poland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Japan, Sweden, China. Attendees will discover professional kitchen equipment and utensils, interior design, hotel and restaurant equipment, spa and fitness, software and more.

The accompanying program will be filled with professional seminars for hotel and culinary events GastronomiX and Bocuse d'Or.

Culinary Challenges

SIHRE will be the arena of GastronomiX 2020, whose cuisine will be occupied by nine top chefs. They will be featured in a series of lectures and master classes. Paolo Casagrande, chef at Lasarte restaurant in Barcelona with three Michelin star Barcelona, ​​chef Emil Minev - the Bulgarian who is responsible for the selection of teachers at Le Cordon Bleu's academies, as well as chef Georgi Boykovski - will reveal his skills. It will also include Nihad Mameledzija of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Altin Prenga of Albania and Ottoman cuisine professor Yozge Samanjji, the most creative chef for 2017 and 2018 - Umut Karakush of Turkey. The dessert will be served by Chef Yuri Baltaliyski from the Czech Republic. He will be honing his skills during a chocolate master class.

The owner of the world's oldest pizzeria, Genara Luciano, will tell first-hand the story of Napoletana's beloved pizza. In parallel, the national qualification for the most prestigious competition for young chefs Bocuse d'Or will be held.

On January 29, the Digital Workshop for hoteliers and restaurateurs will highlight the common SEO mistakes in hotel and restaurant sites and proper online communication with customers and Facebook chats and more.
