The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, Hristo Bozukov, will open the professional forums

On Wednesday, September 29, Inter Expo Center opens its doors for the professional platforms of the International Food Exhibitions and COPIS, which will be held together for the first time. Thanks to this, the international exhibition center will bring together companies and visitors from Bulgaria and abroad, operating in the fields of food industry, printing and advertising.

Live, the exhibitions will take place according to the measures taken by the health authorities. The traffic will be one-way with a minimum distance between visitors of 1.5 m. Those present must wear protective masks. Inter Expo Center has introduced additional "Internal Rules" such as Crowd management, greater distance between the stands, control system for incoming and outgoing air flows and more. Online registration for free visits through the websites www.food-exhibitions.bg and www.copi-s.com is encouraged.

The opening ceremony will take place on Wednesday, September 29, in the Central Lobby of the Inter Expo Center. It will be attended by:

International food exhibitions

The international food exhibitions unite MEATMANIA, THE WORLD OF MILK, BULPEK, INTERFOOD & DRINK and SALON DU VIN. As an intersection for food industry in the Balkans and Eastern Europe, from September 29 to October 2 they host exhibitors from Bulgaria, Italy, USA, Greece, Romania, Belarus. A Polish delegation of 40 milk processors will visit the stands. The success is due to the teamwork and efforts of the Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria, the National Branch Union of Bakers and Confectioners, the Association of Dairy Processors in Bulgaria, the National Vine and Wine Chamber and the Union of Fruit and Vegetable Processors.

A Marathon of tastes and other accompanying events

Tastes from near and far, culinary magicians, transmitting knowledge and real masterpieces. All this was offered by the long-awaited Marathon of Tastes, which in collaboration with Pastry Academy in the event platform Senses without Borders will conquer the senses. Four times a day, chefs will present recipes with leading products to exhibitors.

Many master classes, competitions and industry events await those present, including: the forum "Bread, wine and some chocolate!", Organized by the National Branch Union of Bakers and Confectioners, "Gold Medal with Diploma" for quality and original market products and additives. The professionals are addressed by a Master class on product and packaging design with Prof. Hristo Kaftandjiev and a congress on online trade practices.

COPIS - the only exhibition for print and advertising communications in Bulgaria

Live, from September 29 to October 1, the professional platform COPIS returns in an upgraded format, promoting the development of business in a unique environment. The physical conduct of exhibitions is leading for business. This is evident from the products and services that COPIS exhibitors present. The emphasis is on sublimation and wide format printers, among which - complete solutions for large and small businesses. Thermal binders, finishing machines, trends in steel engraving, dies and stamps, stamps, advertising shelves, exhibition systems will be demonstrated. Completely new product lines, calendars, notebooks, advertising and merchandise materials, etc. will be launched at COPIS.

Digital payments, online commerce and design - highlights of the accompanying program

The COPIS business platform will be the arena of an extensive accompanying program. On September 29, under the motto "Purchasing", its hybrid format will unfold the 7th edition of eCommCongress & Expo, which will once again bring together the largest online retailers and create conditions for discussion and development of online trading practices.

The DIGI PAY event of the same name will take place on October 1. Focusing on digital payments, the forum once again brings together leading figures in the field. Within the framework of COPIS will be held a Master Class on product and packaging design with Prof. Hristo Kaftandjiev, on "Product and packaging design and its key role in the company's multi-channel corporate communication."
