Innovation, business platform and rich companion program offers Architectural Building Week February 25-28

Jhe largest edition of the business fair of the last decade; digitalisation and legislation are among the highlights of the accompanying program

From February 25 to February 28, Inter Expo Center opens its doors for the construction business exhibition of Bulgaria - Architectural Building Week. In the 20th anniversary edition of the International Forum, 200 Bulgarian and foreign companies offer products and systems for the construction sector, and a rich accompanying program focuses on leading topics, including digitalisation and the legislative framework in the industry.

The exhibition covers over 10,000 square meters and four of the exhibition halls. Companies from Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Romania and others. have their booths. All this makes this year's edition the largest in the last decade. As a professional platform, Architecture and Construction Week brings together developers, investors, architects, engineers, builders, designers, designers, university professors and more.

Thematic segmentation is also leading in 2020. Exhibitors and visitors can get the most out of their presence thanks to the separate topics: "Interior finishing", "Doors, windows, facades and wooden houses", "Rough construction, exterior finishing activities, vertical planning and landscape, industrial construction and equipment, HVAC, building automation, software and smart solutions.

On February 26th, Messe Frankfurt's Light + Building and ISH global brands are dedicated to lighting, building technology and services for the construction and responsible management of water and energy in buildings. Inter Expo Center has been the official representative of Messe Frankfurt for Bulgaria since 2016.

Legislation and digitalisation in the sector - highlights of an accompanying program

The four exhibition days offer us a dynamic accompanying program - with the active participation of leading industry organizations and participants. From February 25 to February 27, the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria organizes three roundtables with the participation of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and the Chamber of Engineers in the investment design. Highlights are the digitalization and the legislation and the investment process in Bulgaria. On the last day, the CAB holds a Management Board and organizes presentations of contemporary architectural projects. Digitization is also the focus of the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy on February 27. On the same day a specialized event is organized by the Association of Interior Designers in Bulgaria. Opportunities for Investing in the Republic of Bulgaria on February 25 revealed NK Industrial Zones.

On February 25, a seminar-discussion organized by the National Association of Construction Entrepreneurs drew attention to trends in the housing market, infrastructure, the appearance of residential neighborhoods, problems in the development of construction entrepreneurship, and more. On the same day the Bulgarian Association for Insulation in Construction holds its seminar on the basic principles of sound insulation.

Participants are actively involved in the accompanying program of Architectural and Construction Week. A professional event concerns hybrid solutions for HVAC systems.
