From October 5 to 8, exhibitors from Europe, Asia and North America present hundreds of brands at the Inter Expo Center
 
Bulgaria occupies a key place in the food industry of the Balkans and Eastern Europe. This is evidenced by the interest from three continents in the International Food Exhibitions. The five formats - Mesomania, World of Milk, Bulpek, Interfood&Drink and SALON DU VIN- will bring together hundreds of companies from Europe, Asia and North America at Inter Expo Center. They are united by one goal - to present the trends and innovations in the food and beverage sector to the thousands of Bulgarian and foreign visitors from October 5 to 8 in Sofia.
 
The organizers and partners of the International Food Exhibitions do not stop developing the efficient model of the brand. And quite logically, companies from Bulgaria, USA, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Turkey, Romania, Greece are included in the halls of Inter Expo Centers with stands. Italy, the USA, the Republic of Korea, Greece and Poland will participate collectively. "There are more than two months left until the start. We expect companies from more countries to join", commented the organizers, who are currently conducting effective talks. Will the continents that will gather in Bulgaria not be more than three...?
 
Among the main factors for the successful development of the International Food Exhibitions is the teamwork of the organizers Inter Expo Center, the National Union of Bakers and Confectioners, the Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria, the National Chamber of Vine and Wine and the Association of Milk Processors in Bulgaria. For the second time, COPIS will be held in parallel - the only exhibition for printing and advertising in Bulgaria.
 
"BulevART of tastes" and other interesting events
 
The upgrading of the business form is noticeable during the last 5 editions of the International Food Exhibitions. In addition to creating a professional platform for the exchange of experience, ideas, technologies and familiarization with trends, Mesomania, Milk World, Bulpek, Interfood&Drink and SALON DU VIN are valuable with the accompanying events. Among the key ones this year is the "BoulevART of Tastes". From October 5 to 8, connoisseurs of good taste will embark on culinary adventures, in the tradition of the urban environment. What will attendees try? We will only mention the exotic gourmet products, street food, chocolate delights, cocktails, ice cream, coffee and more and more...
 
From October 5 to 8, the International Food Exhibition will also be the arena for the International Pizza Championship. In parallel, the qualifications for the World Pizza Championship in Parma in 2023 will take place.
 
"This is far from all," commented the organizers. For the second time, the Green Line - the space for medicinal and aromatic plant products - is being singled out. An ISLAND of foods with a protected designation of origin is also being created, the "Bio Zone" of the same name will be upgraded, and the Gold Medal with Diploma competition will recognize quality and original products and additives.
