During the event more than 20 lecturers presented a comprehensive workshop program for improvement of the professional profile, as well as advice on opening their own business.

"This is the first Career hive, but let me remind you that it is the successor of the Career Forum, which for 11 years persistently and steadily shortened the distance between here and there encouraging the choice to return to the motherland", noted in a congratulatory address to the organizers of the Forum President Rumen Radev. He wished all the  visitors of the Career hive 2019 to add a drop of honey in their decision to work in Bulgaria.

The opening was attended also by the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy Sultanka Petrova, who also congratulated the organizers and visitors to the forum. "I wish you to find the path for your professional realization in Bulgaria”, she said. The Deputy Minister added that there was a great demand for qualified young people on the labour market. According to what she said, a lot of efforts were being made to raise wages in the country and the average salary got increased by nearly 10% on an annual basis over the past two years.

"We are glad to be able to create a buzzing ecosystem of businesses and talents," the forum organizers said. They extended special thanks to all the sponsors of the event, as well as the hosts from Inter Expo Center.

The highlight of this year's event is the zero waste. To achieve their goals on the road to zero waste, the organisers rely on the reduction and recycling of waste. On this occasion, awards were given in the 'On the way to Zero waste ' initiative.
