Dairy processors from Poland arrive in Bulgaria at the end of September. The occasion is the International Food Exhibitions MEATMANIA, THE WORLD OF MILK, BULPEK, Salon de Vin and INTERFOOD & DRINK, which start on September 29 in Sofia, and which will last until October 2. In recent years, they have become a major crossroads for the food industry in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Polish delegation has a total of 40 people. It is composed of producers supplying milk to the two largest dairy plants in Poland and representatives of the Association of Polish Dairy Producers (APDP), which is also the main organizer of the group visit.
"The visit of the Polish delegation opens even more opportunities for participants in the International Food Exhibitions. This is another recognition for the efforts made, thanks to which, apart from the Bulgarian one, there will be a strong Italian participation, companies from the USA, Greece, Romania, Belarus, etc. ", the organizers comment. According to them, the success at national and international level is due to the teamwork and the efforts and activities of branch organizations in all represented sectors: Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria, National Branch Union of Bakers and Confectioners, Association of Dairy Producers in Bulgaria, National Wine and Wine Chamber and the Union of Fruit and Vegetable Processors.
Marathon of tastes
The added value is high for all those present at the accompanying program. In the last two years, the organizers have laid the foundations of one-of-a-kind events for Bulgaria. Among them is the Senses without Borders; the eponymous event platform will now offer a Taste Marathon with a variety of knowledge, flavors and aromas. Master classes, competitions, branch events will also be organized.
Free visit
The international food exhibitions will be held live from September 29 to October 2. This will happen in accordance with all the requirements of the state health authorities.
