Dynamics, high technologies, the desire to create and implement innovations are four of the features of modern business and economy. And this applies with full force to the meat processing industry. In their desire to develop and improve production and the working environment, representatives of the industry from Bulgaria and abroad will gather from November 12 to 15 at the Inter Expo Center, where the MEATMANIA exhibition will be held.MEATMANIA, together with THE MILKY ROAD, BULPEK, INTERFOOD&DRINK and Wine&Spirits Show exhibitions, will unite the entire food and beverage sector. "For the 32nd time, the exhibition will create the prerequisites for all exhibitors and visitors to develop their business, expand their market presence in the country and abroad, master new niches and adjust their clock to customer attitudes," share the organizers. MESOMANIA is implemented by the Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria, in partnership with Inter Expo Center.
Each segment will be in focus
MESOMANIA is an important exhibition for business and unites all segments of meat processing. "Here we find everything related to meat, meat products and delicacies," commented attendees at the last edition. Exhibitors offer both raw materials and machines and equipment for cutting and pre-cuts, preparation of various types of meat products.Refrigeration and air conditioning equipment is presented by specialized companies that are among the exhibitors. Visitors from Bulgaria and abroad also discover equipment for commercial facilities, specialized cleaning systems, laboratory equipment.
And of course - high technologies. Robots, software, systems for implementing artificial intelligence in everyday activities, solutions for digitalization and building state-of-the-art systems on the way to Industry 4.0 and smart production. “Through the innovations and technological approaches presented, MESOMANIA is an important event for the sector in the Balkans and Eastern Europe, because it is a real platform for achieving Industry 5.0 in the future, where people and machines will cooperate even more,” share the organizers.
On the way to smart production and offering excellent service to consumers, the latest edition of MESOMANIA offered a variety of innovations. Latest generation packaging machines, highly sensitive sensors, terminals and automatic systems that make ordering and purchasing products as easy as possible, ecological solutions for storage and transportation, robots, refining installations and of course – sophisticated delicacies and hand-crafted blades for chefs. The qualities of the new Black Angel hybrid were presented.
