From September 29 to October 2, the International Exhibition and Congress Center opened its doors to business in the food sector
The successful holding of the International Food Exhibitions from September 29 to October 2 was accompanied by recognition for the Inter Expo Center. It was given by Pastry Academy with gratitude for the support to the Bulgarian confectionery art after the successful holding of Marathon of Tastes.
From September 29 to October 2, Inter Expo Center was an arena of tastes from near and far, culinary magicians passing on their knowledge and real masterpieces within the long-awaited Marathon of Tastes format. It was realized in collaboration with Pastry Academy and the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs in the event platform Sense without Borders.
Within four days, the professionals from Pastry Academy demonstrated techniques on the "CHOCOLATE" stage and passed on their experience and knowledge to the audience.
The first day started with the awarding of the last class of Pastry Academy graduates and continued with an emphasis on desserts. Petko Kostadinov, chef Borislav Ekzarhov, Milen Zlatev and Daniela Dineva appeared on the stage. On September 30 we were greeted by Radi Stambolov himself, master baker Svetla Genova, Stefani Mladenova and Panayot Panayotov-Panchi, as well as Leah, Dani and Maria from "12 pastes".
On October 1, we learned from chef Pavel Pavlov and Daria Rusanova, Ralitsa Ilieva Shuma, Dimitar Tonchev, Denitsa Doynova, Alexander Tsekov. On the last day, October 2, Mila Miller shared her foreign knowledge about healthy eating. The busy program ended with the awarding of diplomas to the Pastry Academy for the course "March 2021".
Marathon of Tastes realizes its large-scale program within the International Food Exhibitions MEATMANIA, THE WORLD OF MILK, BULPEK, INTERFOOD & DRINK and Salon de Vin. The unique format for Bulgaria, from September 29 to October 2, unfolded the two stages - "CHOCOLATE" and "MARATHON OF TASTES".
