The Hikvision Integration Control 2018 event - technological solutions for access control and integration with video surveillance systems was held in the four largest cities - Burgas, Varna, Plovdiv and Sofia. As well as in Sofia, at Inter Expo Center, where Sectron - the leading Bulgarian company in this sector, demonstrated live the latest functionalities for the integration of the access control systems, intercoms and video surveillance of the world leader in this field - Hikvision.

Several forthcoming products were presented at the event, which are either marketed or to be available on the domestic market in the coming months.

One of the solutions is the terminal turnstile with gates that is unlocked both with a card or with a video recognition function. An IP video intercom module was also shown to the participants. In Bulgaria, intercom systems do not apply the video option due to the traditional understanding of technology. Therefore, in March 2019, the well-known two-wire variant is expected to appear on the Bulgarian market, Sectron explained. The module can configure different intercoms, has three types of frames, with the possibility of expanding and replacing modules. Using live demonstrations, the Sectron representatives also showed a unique IPS display - a wired and wireless version that won an industrial design prize in the consumer products category.
