The sixth annual eCommCongress e-commerce conference and expo was successfully held on October 1 in the Vitosha Hall of the Inter Expo Center. The event once again managed to bring together experts and online retailers with a single goal - to share tips and good practices to increase sales.
This year's motto of the conference is "Connected Points", and participants receive advice on what techniques to use to develop their online business. They have the opportunity to discuss strategies for sales development, finding new customers and turning them into a loyal audience.
Among the leading topics and issues that were discussed in the framework of the forum are legal issues and regulations concerning online trade, back-office operations. Other issues discussed include digital marketing and advertising, SEO and the user experience.
At the end of the conference, the date of its next edition was announced - February 4, 2021. The 7th eCommCongress will be part of the accompanying program of the second edition of the #Retail Show.
